RapperTK is a versatile toolkit for conformational sampling under restraints. It is a generalization of Rapper (Depristo, deBakker et.al.) developed by Swanand Gore at Prof Sir Tom Blundell's lab, Crystallography and Biocomputing Group, Department of Biochemistry, University of Cambridge.
